Reaction Time Test
Click the moment the screen turns green. No cheating — wait for it!
What is a good reaction time?
The average human reaction time is around 200–250 milliseconds. Elite gamers and athletes often achieve 150–200ms. Anything under 200ms is considered excellent. Factors like fatigue, caffeine, and screen latency all affect your result.
How does this test work?
The screen will wait a random delay of 1–5 seconds before turning green. The moment it turns green, click as fast as possible. Your time is measured from when the color changes to when you click. Multiple attempts are averaged for accuracy.
Tips to improve reaction time
Stay relaxed, keep your hand near the mouse or screen, and avoid anticipating the signal. Practice regularly, stay hydrated, and ensure you're not fatigued. Gaming peripherals with lower input lag can also improve results.
